During the 4+4 Days in Motion festival, we offer several accompanying programmes for schools and the general public. Primary school pupils and secondary and grammar schools students can take part in morning educational activities accompanying the exhibition of contemporary art on the three floors of the historical Desfours Palace in the centre of Prague. The programmes focus on the connection between the past and present of fine art and the theme of “collecting”.
This year, like in the previous years, the accompanying activities have been prepared by the educational platform Máš umělecké střevo? (Do You Have a Knack for Art?). The visual appearance of the studio and workshops will be designed by the artist Kakalík again. The studio will include short animated films presenting selected figures from the history of art. Thus, students will have an opportunity to learn about the history of fine art in an intelligible form.
The accompanying activities have been prepared by Jiří Raiterman and Klára Domlátilová (Do You Have a Knack for Art?)
We look forward to seeing you!
