Am I the person I would like to be? Am I the person that others see in me? Do I have the chance to understand, at least for a moment, what my role here is? Do I question the meaning of what I am doing and what I am thinking about? Sometimes? Every day? Never? What is it anyway that I have spent days and years working on? Does my work give me meaning? What do I think about? What am I really interested in but nobody else knows it? What I am going to do now? What awaits me in the future? Can I somehow influence it? A highly personal discussion with three artists – three very inventive, intelligent, sensitive, contemplative, and above all open people – who have done a lot in their lives. Although the conversation opens with what might sound like banal questions, this does not automatically mean that the answers will be banal as well.
