Francesco
Micieli – Claudio Monteverdi – Michal Nejtek – Jiří Heřman
- a stage madrigal for five human voices and seven musical instruments. The fragment Lamento di Arianna from the opera of the same name by Claudio Monteverdi became the starting point of this authors´ music-theatre project. The production attempts to bring the word of the poet into the space through the use of voice, body movement, music and light.

Theart
OUT /Adriatik presents - the creators of this extraordinary performance allowed themselves to be inspired by the stories of H.P. Lovecraft, bloody novels and classic horror films. Actors and dancers using expressive make-up bring to mind the B&W world of silent horror films, falling into the graves, dancing with the dead… Concept, script and direction: Jan Beneš Mc Gadie and Johanes Dörner

Kristýna
Lhotáková (Czech Republic): - the new work researches the state of „being alone“ and the search for inner contrasts of subjectivity. The performance tries to answer the questions: „how do individuals think, feel, sense, see and hear differently?“, „how independent or reliant are they on external influences?“ and „where are the limitations of human perception?“. Everything has two sides: are these symptoms of schizophrenia or is this merely a fundamental human dilemma?
|
|||
Veronika Švábová (Czech Republic): Noise - through the assistance of sound and optic sensors, the dancer is directly united with the space. Movement develops changes in sound and light, thus creating a performance about three autonomous elements: dance, sound and light.
|
|||
Iris
Reyes (Venezuela/ Netherlands): - the acrobatic and dance solo captures the sensations of danger and panic that we pass through from one moment of extreme to the next. Iris Reyes danced for several years in the National Ballet in Venezuela. She studied at the Limon Dance Studio in New York, then moved to Amsterdam where she is currently pursuing her career as an independent artist. In 2001, she received the Silver Dance Award for Best Female Dancer in The Netherlands.

Jo
Strømgren Kompani (Norway): - using a nonsensical language, three nurses attempt to communicate with each other in the forgotten place where they find themselves, and slowly retreat into the real world. The poetics of the lighting design and visual effects emphasize the entirely original physical and vocal techniques of the performers. The World pre-premiere of the famous Scandinavian choreographer and director Jo Strømgren.

Cakes
and Puppets (Czech Republic): - the West. Friendship. Courage. Bravery.
Good and evil. Love and death. Then and now. Keep your head
up and move on. Sing songs about solitary heroes and firm
handshakes… The greatest puppet theatre for adults have
prepared the greatest adaptation of the greatest and most
famous American western. European pre-premiere.
