Zdeněk Fránek

Z. Fránek is one of the few architects whose buildings are distinguished by their own personal characteristics. He received the archiweb award in 2005 for his contribution to the field of architecture. He was born on August 26, 1961 in Boskovice, and lives and works in Brno. His designs however can be seen all over the Czech Republic including: the Eucon Polyfunctional House, the house with an atelier in Kamenné, the elementary school of Physical Education, the Congress Hall in Žďár nad Sazavou, family dwellings, as well as others.
