An urban RPG game where the streets of Prague transform into a theater stage.
What if your life in the city was decided by an app and a mysterious dictator? Unreal State is a unique, real-time walking performance and an in-real-life role-playing game (IRL RPG).
You will receive a mobile app, a game brochure, and a role. Will you become a tenant, an activist, or a ruthless developer? Your movement on the digital map directly affects what happens in the streets. The entire game is controlled by “The King” – a fictional authoritarian figure who claims to know what you want before you even know it yourself.
What awaits you?
- Prague as a game board: You will explore places marked by gentrification, corporate influence, and real estate speculation.
- Invisible rules of the game: You will uncover the hidden logic that shapes modern urban life.
- The choice is yours: The “Choose Your Own Adventure” format means that the duration and outcome of the game depend entirely on your actions (approx. 70–90 mins).
What do you need?
A fully charged phone, or a power bank. Headphones (not strictly necessary, but definitely highly recommended for a better experience).
