The festival school is intended for students, artists, and representatives of organizations active in the field of culture. The aim of the festival school is to offer participants a series of lectures and workshops by renowned experts from various areas of artistic production (fundraising, law, self-presentation, marketing, personal development, coaching, project feedback by participants, etc.). The festival school represents a unique opportunity to work within a group of 27 selected participants through workshops, lectures, discussion, and sharing. The school includes a group visit to the festival’s evening programs, and also offers a behind-the-scenes look at the inner workings of an international festival in an unconventional place (including meetings with the people behind Czech premieres and the festival organizers).
