4 + 4 Days in Motion Festival at the Cultural Station Galaxie

We are starting a new thing! We’re going to revitalize Jižní Město and we’re moving to Galaxie. We are coming up with a new format where the festival will be longer lasting and focus on collaboration and cultivation of one space and its environment. In the abandoned space of the former Galaxie multiplex cinema with nine halls, we will create artist residencies with public performances, thematic group exhibitions, premieres and performances of Czech and international ensembles, performances, site-specific projects, community activities and a programme for all generations.

Together with us, the Cultural Station Galaxie will be inhabited by Dejvice Theatre, Minor, DanceConnected and DAMU.

We look forward to the revival of the legendary multiplex and all the experiences and encounters that Jižní Město will bring!
